Description
The PM5 Auto Pol Precision Polishing Machine provides a revolutionary new approach to flat polishing. It combines traditional techniques with microelectronics to give the highest, repeatable standards of polishing plate flatness.
The automatic plate flatness control system allows discrete changes to the polishing plate at the touch of a button. This unique, microporcessor-driven feature greatly increases the efficiency of sample production by minimising the time spent wear conditioning, and thus concentrating machine time on producing results.
Where the polishing process requires a precisely lapped sample, a version of the machine is available which combines the precision of the polishing system with an automatic lapping plate flatness control facility. The PM5 Auto lap/pol offers the user the ultimate control over the preparation process.
