Designed as a single workstation machine, the PM5 has an integral abrasive autofeed system and automatic lapping plate flatness control. The PM5 range is a new generation of precision lapping and polishing machines offering significant refinements and benefits for all materials processing applications.
Constructed from aluminium and rigid polyurethane to withstand the most rigorous polishing environment, the top casing can be easily lifted off for access to the drive mechanism and electronics. All functions are controlled from the touch panel and displayed on individual LCD's at the front of the machine. The touch panel is divided into sections, each of which controls a different set of parameters.
