Returned Goods Policy

GOODS UNDER 12 MONTH WARRANTY

In the first instance please contact Logitech Support and Service.

Should it be deemed necessary to return the equipment a RAN number must be obtained. Please read the guidelines and procedures carefully before proceeding to the request form.

Logitech require to be made aware of any hazardous materials that might have been in contact with your equipment. This information is required of you by law in order to protect Logitech employees from contaminated equipment.

1) Goods must then be returned to Logitech for repair:

2) Any repairs required will be carried out free of charge

3) The goods shall be returned at cost to Logitech

GOODS OUTSIDE 12 MONTH WARRANTY

A RAN number must be obtained. Please read the guidelines and procedures carefully before proceeding to the request form.

1) Goods must then be returned to Logitech for repair:

2) Any repairs required will be chargeable. Cost will be advised before commencement of work.

3) The goods shall be returned at cost to the customer.

WRONG GOODS SUPPLIED

Incorrect goods supplied by Logitech

1) Logitech must be notified within 21 days of receipt.

2) If it is deemed necessary, goods, in new condition, should be returned in the original packaging.

3) Replacement goods will be sent out and invoiced.

4) On receipt of returned goods a credit will be raised.

5) A  re-stocking charge may apply depending on the condition of the goods.

Incorrect goods ordered by Supplier or Dealer

1) Logitech must be notified within 21 days of receipt.

2) If it is deemed necessary, goods, in new condition, should be returned in the original packaging.

3) Replacement goods will be sent out and invoiced including shipping costs.

4) On receipt of returned goods a credit will be raised.

5) A  re-stocking charge may apply depending on the condition of the goods.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
